Returns & Refund Policy

1. Custom Products

All of our products are made-to-order (print on demand). Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the product. Please check size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at stripesandrise@gmail.com. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item with the correct one or issue a refund.

4. Return Shipping

In the case of approved returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping costs will be covered by us. We do not accept returns for any other reason.

5. How to Submit a Claim

To start a return or claim, please send us an email at 

stripesandrise@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item.
